What is the refund policy for a Career Fair?

Refunds are granted in the full amount for nonprofit organizations that notify the Career Fair Coordinator of their cancellation at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the fair for which they are registered.
Cancellations fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the event and no-shows (organizations that are registered to attend a fair, but do not show at the event) are responsible for the full amount of the registration fee. Career Fair space is limited and often sells out with a waiting list. We use an advanced registration system to ensure that the fair can provide individuals with the best possible networking potential. Late cancellations and no-shows can be detrimental to the relationship with our host institution and attending individuals.
Cancellations must be made in writing, click here to contact us. Make sure to include the name of the organization as well as the name(s) of the staff that were scheduled to attend.
