What should my organization bring to the fair? Where will my table be?

Each organization will be provided with a table on which you are free to display whatever materials you feel are necessary and appropriate to share with interested individuals. Photo displays are often popular in drawing attention and traffic to your table, but due to differences in fair sites, organizations should not count on having electricity at their tables. It is helpful for individuals to have a fact sheet or brochure which they may take with them that provides an overview of your organization's mission, programs, and activities. Job descriptions and any required application forms are useful to have available as well.
