I bought vouchers a while ago, but how do I get into my account to retrieve the codes?
Answer:
To retrieve your voucher codes, you must login to the Idealist account you used to register for the event. If you know the email address you used but have lost the password, click here.
To find the voucher codes, do the following:
Login to your Member account by going to our homepage and filling in your login information in the Member Login field on the right side of the screen.
Now you will see your Control Panel page. Click the tab that says "My Conferences."
You should now see a list of the vouchers you have purchased. Under the "Voucher" column is the code that the registrant should enter when they are registering.
