Our mission is to improve the quality of life of those who live, work and play in Harlem by providing the highest quality organic produce, food and household products at a reasonable price to support a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

Our goal is to provide the community with comprehensive education about nutrition, healthy lifestyles, food safety, seasonality and sustainability, so they develop an appreciation for quality food, and the tools necessary to make informed decisions about their health.

VISION
To create a wellness center that includes the Co-op and businesses that offer diversified services that support a healthy lifestyle to create a wellness center. Other services would include:

--Yoga
--Holistic Health Practitioners (colon therapists, acupuncturists, homeopaths, nutritionists)
--Dance/Exercise Studio
--Natural Beauty Practitioners
--Massage Therapists

GOAL
To raise funds to purchase a building in Harlem through membership, fund raising events, loans and grants. There is money out there, but we first have to build a strong foundation through membership. We are planning a fund raiser this fall.

MEMBERSHIP
10 people became members this past Sunday bringing the total to 93. Thank you! We need 500 members before we can open. We are challenging each member to bring in 5 new members. Members enjoy the following benefits:
