The Federation of Rural Organizations (FESSSCOT) is a peasant organization in the state of Puebla, Mexico, and is an Non-governmental Organization based in the farmers participation that stimulates and supports the stablishment of our developmental infraestructures. Our goal is to assist our families, communities and the local organizations in improving living conditions in rural areas of the Puebla state, Mexico. This goal is accomplished through generating the capacity in our families and rural communities to increase agricultural production and food availability on a sustainable basis, to increase rural capital formation by introducing microenterprises development and other specific income generating activities as well as to satisfy basic needs.
