Shipping instructions

Click on a city name for shipping information and address labels for each of the 2014 Idealist Grad Fairs. Please read and follow instructions carefully as they vary per city.


GENERAL REMINDERS

  • Due to space limitations, host schools will only accept packages three business days before each fair. We have indicated specific receiving dates for each fair - packages delivered before and after these dates will be refused.
  • There is a charge to receive and hold packages for the New York, and Washington DC fairs. After reviewing the rates, complete and fax the necessary forms indicated in the shipping instructions. Idealist is not responsible for shipping fees. If you prefer not to incur charges, we suggest shipping packages to your hotel instead.
  • We are not accepting packages at the San Francisco and Los Angeles fairs at all. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • We suggest travelling with extra materials as, on the rare occasion, a package or two can get lost in the mail. Idealist is not responsible for lost materials.
  • Please make sure your packages are clearly labeled with your school name and that they are for the Idealist Grad Fair. Use the print-ready labels we've created for each fair or attach a business card.
  • If you plan on sending materials back to your school after the fair, come prepared with payment information - either a courier account or credit card number.
