Idealist on Campus connects, educates, and mobilizes students, campuses,
and communities to build a world where all people can live free and dignified
lives.
We strive to support the amazing work already being done on campuses
and in communities around service, activism, and other forms of civic
engagement. We provide useful tools and resources, connect people to one
another both online and in person, and build a better world through local
actions and larger cooperative efforts.
Facilitating community participation and integrating community voice
are integral to our work. Connect to the power of our campus network and
find useful resources and opportunities.You’re already doing your
part to address critical needs in your community. Find opportunities to
collaborate with students, faculty, and other members of the campuses
in your area, tap into the energy and talent of students, leverage resources

Idealist Alliances
At the local level, we support the development of campus groups
called Idealist Alliances. Idealist Alliances aim to strengthen
their communities by organizing projects that create meaningful
change and connecting campuses and communities. Please contact your
local Alliances to discover opportunities for involvement. Some
Alliances have Community Advisory Boards, others invite community
