Mission:
ServeNext.org works to strengthen national and community service movement in America as a strategy to tackle pressing social challenges and strengthen our democracy. We do this primarily through two ways:
1) Grassroots advocacy for national service public policy;
2) Training/coaching service organizations to strategically leverage online tools and social media to deepen relationships with constituents, meet organizational goals, and improve impact.
ServeNext played a critical role in the development and bipartisan passage of the Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act – the boldest service legislation in over 75 years that will triple the size of AmeriCorps from 75,000 annual members to 250,000 members, launch the Social Innovation Fund, and more.
ServeNext has been covered in TIME, The Boston Globe, CBSNews.com, and The Chronicle of Philanthropy.
