Cool the Earth

Cool the Earth's (www.cooltheearth.org) mission is to engage the public in climate change by motivating them to take measurable actions to reduce their carbon foot print. Cool the Earth's current focus is motivating drivers to switch to electric vehicles.

Prior to its new focus on EVs, Cool the Earth's work has reached over 250,000 K-8 students in 26 states and 5 counties. Collectively, families in the program have taken over 300,000 actions and Stanford University researchers found that 33% of families went on to take more action outside of the program.
