Oxfam Australia (formerly Community Aid Abroad)

Oxfam Australia is a secular, independent, not-for profit organisation working for solutions to poverty and social injustice and a founding member of Oxfam International – a confederation of 13 Oxfams around the world. We work in partnership with poor communities in more than 20 countries across Asia, Southern Africa, the Pacific and Indigenous Australia on long-term development projects and respond to disasters and emergencies to provide life-saving assistance to people in need. We also campaign globally for a fair world in which people control their own lives, their basic rights are achieved and the environment is sustained.
