Catholic Partnership Schools

Catholic Partnership Schools represents a new and dynamic model of Catholic urban education. Our schools are organized around a clear mission to strengthen and sustain the five remaining Catholic K-8 schools in Camden, NJ. With this post-parochial design, the schools maintain their unique, neighborhood identity and presence while being administered by a separately incorporated non-profit that centralizes financial and academic management and accountability.

The size of the 5-school partnership is one of its defining features. With a capacity to serve 1,200 elementary and middle grade students, it is large enough to effect change and capitalize on economies of scale and still small enough to share resources, staff, and to coordinate programming. The design and operational model ensures better educational outcomes because of its focus on empowering not just the students but entire families and communities.
