HRP is a project of the Urban Justice Center, a non-profit that serves New York City's most vulnerable residents through a combination of direct legal service, systemic advocacy, community education and political organizing. UJC is composed of ten distinct Projects, with a unique organizational structure intended to foster creativity, excellence and meaningful results. The Human Rights Project (HRP) at the Urban Justice Center promotes domestic compliance with universally accepted human rights standards.
