As an educational and professional development program, PPEP YouthBuild's mission is to support young men and women who are committed to changing their lives to become self-sufficient, contributing members of the workforce and community. We work with our YouthBuilders to ensure that they are capable of overcoming their barriers to success while teaching accountability, responsibility, and respect.
