The Center for Nonprofit Management (CNM) is committed to developing better leaders, improving the impact and effectiveness of our fellow nonprofit organizations, and acting as a much-needed hub for connecting people across the social sector. Our mission is to foster thriving communities in Southern California by ensuring that nonprofit leaders and organizations have the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to fulfill their mission.

For nearly 40 years, CNM has provided a full spectrum of services including the resource library and HelpLine, management training and board member education; executive coaching and organizational consulting services; published resources; and conferences, such as the lauded 501(c)onference, to strengthen individuals, teams, and networks serving vulnerable communities.
