Personal Democracy Media is an independent media company focused on the intersection of politics and technology, that has produced the annual Personal Democracy Forum conference since 2004 and publishes the award-winning news site, techPresident.com.

Recently awarded the international trophy of the 2011 E-Democracy Awards at the World E-Government Forum, Personal Democracy Media is widely recognized as the go-to resource for timely news and analysis of how technology is affecting politics, government, and civic life.

Founded in 2007, techPresident won the Knight-Batten Award for Innovation in Journalism that year for its coverage of the 2007-2008 presidential campaigns.
