Research center for Governance ICA ECUADOR is a non-profit non governmental organization (NGO) from South America. Helping Indigenous Local Authorities mean our main programme, the major arenas of activities are: Good Governance, Sustainable Development, Local Capacity Building, and Organizational Transformation. We do have two central concerns in our diverse programmes: 1.- To maximize the participation of people in the processes; 2.- To strengthen participatory development planning within Indigenous Local Authorities.

What we want to get To reach permanent improvements on the framework of public policy and promote reforms to strengthen democratic governance, within the local Authorities participation planning processes, to reduce poverty and get better living conditions for our present and future generations.
