The goal of Ruth’s Way is to empower our youth by showing them that regardless of their past or current situation, they CAN achieve successful futures!  Our mission is to help young girls achieve long term success as ethical, virtuous women of society.  We realize that young girls have to be provided with the proper tools and elements to guide them successfully through their trying journey to womanhood for long term success to truly be achieved.  For this reason, Ruth’s Way combines our faith-based “3-F’s” value system with a gender-specific approach to the provision of extensive supportive services which address the issues/barriers of our youth AND their families.  This holistic approach allows us to effectively develop long-term goals aimed at securing successful futures.  Through the elements of Family, Friendship, and Faithfulness, we are blossoming our girls into virtuous women!
