In what ways have your values changed since you graduated from college?
I believe in the United States of America; that there really is a democratic ideal that can be attained. It is the job and responsibility of U.S. citizens to work toward breathing life into that ideal every day. I believe that all people, in the
right environment, can achieve in school. I believe that direct communication usually solves all challenges.
How do the values you presently hold relate to your work?
They lead to my high expectations for students. My communication with co-workers averts management challenges.
