What is the most important task on your desk right now? |

Developing a convening of cbo's engaged in education organizing and representatives of teachers' unions -- developed out of a collaboration with representatives from both of these groups and other funders

What drives you to do this work? What makes you want to get out of bed every morning? |
 |
The imperative of pushing for a public education system that truly believes that all children can learn -- and acts on that belief. It is a SOCIAL JUSTICE issue and a HUMAN RIGHTS issue.

How often do you "dress up" for work? Describe the culture of your organization. |
 |
There's a fairly relaxed culture in the office day to day. I dress up for meetings, board events, etc. Otherwise a professional but comfortable style is appropriate here.
