In what ways have your values changed since you graduated from college?
My values were intuitive in college and, over time, have become grounded in the experience I have gained. They have moved from an emotional response to an intellectually developed stance derived from a political analysis of social issues.
How do the values you presently hold relate to your work?
My work is driven by my values, my ideology, my politics. The choices that I have made throughout my career have been a result of a growing commitment to working for social justice. This commitment has deepened as I have increased my
understanding of the issues, enhanced my capacity to analyze them, and thought about approaches to change.
