The Big Picture
In what ways have your values changed since you graduated from college?
I haven't been out of college that long, so my values haven't changed too much. One thing I value after a really busy college experience is having time to read books and do art work for fun. It is much healthier to have these things in one's life than not! It has taken some time to get used to, however, and not feel like 'there's something I should be doing' all the time.

How do the values you presently hold relate to your work?
My work allows me to make the world a better place, and that is a core characteristic I want for any work that I do. I also value sustainable solutions, and programs that address more than one problem at once. Community food security work allows me to take that multi-faceted perspective.
