What is the most important task on your desk right now?
Finding international opportunities for implementing healthcare quality improvement strategies.

What drives you to do this work? What makes you want to get out of bed every morning?
Altruism toward my ethnic group, to improve their quality of life in post-Soviet society.

How often do you "dress up" for work? Describe the culture of your organization.
I dress up as appropriate to situation and setting, i.e., business meetings, conferences, professional educational sessions, and travel.
