The Big Picture
In what ways have your values changed since you graduated from college?
I've learned far more since college than I did when I was in college. I've worked with low income families, immigrants, drug addicts, pregnant 13-year-olds, and people living in total poverty. I have become a more emotional person and have become thankful for everything, every day.

How do the values you presently hold relate to your work?
Working with people in the setting that I do, my values are constantly guiding me in decisions that I make and situations that I encounter. Being nonjudgemental is one of the most important values.
