A Day in the Life
What are three things you love and three things you find challenging or frustrating about your work?
Love:
1.  Independence and Creativity
2.  Working full-time for social change
3.  Working directly with tenants

Challenging or frustrating:
1.
2.
3.

What is the most important task on your desk right now?
I am currently preparing to begin an organizing project doing outreach to and coalition-building amongst immigrant tenants and families in the Tenderloin.

What drives you to do this work? What makes you want to get out of bed every morning?
Working directly with tenants, and working together for systemic change.

How often do you "dress up" for work? Describe the culture of your organization.
It is very casual at the office!

What do you do when you are feeling burned out at work?
Because I am always working on multiple projects at once, I can budget my time between projects according to necessity and my own desires.
