A Day in the Life
What are three things you love and three things you find challenging or frustrating about your work?
Love:
1.  My coworkers/the Fellows

Challenging or frustrating:
1.  Facilitating work I'd also like to do myself
2.  Uncertainty
3.  Not everyone believes in what we do (a great challenge)

What is the most important task on your desk right now?
Moving our office (a very thick file)

What drives you to do this work? What makes you want to get out of bed every morning?
The hope that a few of the country's top students will take their privilege seriously and lead lives of service as public teachers in business, government or non-profit/non-governmental work.

How often do you "dress up" for work? Describe the culture of your organization.
Average suit and tie is once a week. Peak times are all week long. The culture changes with the needs of guests and visitors.

In a typical month, about what percentage of your time is spent on the following activities?
Talking on the phone 15%
