In what ways have your values changed since you graduated from college?
In college, I romanticized poverty, particularly the "starving artist" lifestyle. But since then I've come to realize, "Hey! Poverty sucks!" I value choosing to live simply, but I believe people have a right to decent jobs and being paid a living
wage for the work they do -- in business, government and the nonprofit sector.
How do the values you presently hold relate to your work?
My job and my organization promote every person's human rights, so it's a perfect match with my values.
