Love:

What is the most important task on your desk right now?
developing a matrix for fund-raising for the upcoming year
What drives you to do this work? What makes you want to get out of bed every morning?
The families we serve. They deserve better, and we help them attain these goals.
How often do you "dress up" for work? Describe the culture of your organization.
On occasion. Most of what we do is construction, so attire has to fit environmental parameters that don't require a tie.
