What are three things you love and three things you find challenging or frustrating about your work?
Love:
1.  work for a good cause
2.  great relations with other orgs
3.  respect of staff, management, and clients

Challenging or frustrating:
1.  PAY
2.  don't get to work outside
3.  pressure to get billing hours at a cetain level

What is the most important task on your desk right now?
Right now, I'm slow. No major tasks. This is unusual.

What drives you to do this work? What makes you want to get out of bed every morning?
I enjoy what I do, people appreciate my work and me. It's rewarding. People say 'thank you'.

How often do you "dress up" for work? Describe the culture of your organization.
Rarely. We're very casual. Jeans, tees. Maybe khakis and nicer shirt for a meeting.
