Feeling as though I'm standing up for what I beleive in. Knowing that what I'm doing does make a difference, no matter how small.
How often do you "dress up" for work? Describe the culture of your organization. |
My office is fairly casual. I wear a suit if I have a meeting with a member of Congress, otherwise I wear a skirt and blouse. If I have no meetings that day, I can even wear jeans, etc.

What do you do when you are feeling burned out at work? |
If I'm at work and frustrated, I take a long walk around the neighborhood. I also make sure to stay physically active (I play in a couple of soccer leagues). It's also good to have at least one coworker who understands your
frustrations and who you can vent to.
