1.  this is a fellowship position for a short term
2.  language problems re: refugees, immigrants
3.  I'm still learning my work

What is the most important task on your desk right now?
Entering data for field research

What drives you to do this work? What makes you want to get out of bed every morning?
I have a passion to serve poor and underserved people; this job puts me in the mood of doing that

How often do you "dress up" for work? Describe the culture of your organization.
As many times as I choose. My workplace is very friendly, we get things done in a flexible way.
