What are three things you love and three things you find challenging or frustrating about your work?
Love:
1.  sense of purpose
2.  diversity of job responsibilities
3.  opportunities for personal growth

Challenging or frustrating:
1.  never-ending work load
2.  low pay
3.  lack of recognition as bonafide business

What is the most important task on your desk right now?
Completion of case study support materials for feasability study

What drives you to do this work? What makes you want to get out of bed every morning?
Knowing that the work I do serves children and families who face far more overwhelming challenges on a daily basis than I can ever even imagine

How often do you "dress up" for work? Describe the culture of your organization.
I dress up most days. Fridays are casual dress days — khakis and work logo polo shirts are acceptable. Service staff in our building dress more informally since they are physically involved with children.

In a typical month, about what percentage of your time is spent on the following activities?
