What is the most important task on your desk right now? |
Organizing a three-day training session for domestic violence prevention
What drives you to do this work? What makes you want to get out of bed every morning? |
Mostly it's that I care about the people and I enjoy teaching/training. Other times it's the vision of building something important -- an organization, a community coalition, an international presence in a war zone.
How often do you "dress up" for work? Describe the culture of your organization. |
Not often -- it depends on the task. As a consultant, sometimes I work at home totally casual, other times I attend meetings or lead trainings. When working overseas, also, it's very important to dress up for some meetings, not so
much for others.
