In what ways have your values changed since you graduated from college?
I am more aware of those around me, particularly the needs of the population. I am more sensitive to hearing all sides of the story and issue before making a decision or taking sides. I am more receptive to change.
How do the values you presently hold relate to your work?
I have to be flexible in dealing with senior and executive management. I have to understand that listening is the key to success.
