What drives you to do this work? What makes you want to get out of bed every morning?
I know each day I'm making a difference in the lives of the organizations I work with. We're helping people and that keeps me going.
How often do you "dress up" for work? Describe the culture of your organization.
We are a small nonprofit consulting firm of two. I own the office building which houses six nonprofit consultants from four firms. We work collaboratively on many projects. In addition, my firm subcontracts to three or four other
consultants. I dress up for work 95% of the time. I usually see at least one client per day and I believe that a professional image is important in my work.
