In what ways have your values changed since you graduated from college?
I am much more focused on people and their needs than on the "corporate life." Money and titles are not so important any more. I value my time and my family and friends much more each year. That comes with age to us all, I would hope.
How do the values you presently hold relate to your work?
My work is all about values. We have a set of guiding principles for our firm which all relate to the client being the most important aspect of our work. How we treat the client (and ultimately the organization the client works for)
is our primary concern.
