HR4NON-PROFITS was developed with a clear understanding of how non-profit organizations must balance demanding programmatic and organizational needs with limited budgets. We understand that non-profit organizations are sometimes required to meet client needs with restricted resources.

We believe non-profit organizations can and should be progressive, innovative and transformative. We are an ecologically conscious company. Our goods, products and services are utilized in a manner that inflicts little to no harm to the environment. Our products are recyclable and reusable.

The HR4NON-PROFITS team is ready and prepared to deliver in a tactical or strategic capacity with offices in Illinois, Arizona, Maryland and North Carolina. We are ready and prepared to respond to a crisis, an audit or best practice modeling.

Our Founder: Theresa A. Dear

Theresa Dear received her Masters of Science in Industrial Relations and Bachelors of Arts in Organizational Development from Loyola University, Chicago. She is a recognized thought-leader in human resources. She has been a speaker and presenter at Northwestern University's Kellogg Center for Non-Profit Management. She is also an adjunct instructor at Devry University's Graduate School of Management, where she teaches training, organizational development and human resources.
