Bannon Consulting Services, LLC (BCS) is a growing New York City-based consulting firm that specializes in the planning and development of community-based programs, including but not limited to: primary care; mental health; substance use; supportive housing; and, other human services. Through our work, we strive to develop thoughtful programs that are both cost-effective and promote the wellbeing of communities.
The current portfolio of BCS clients is primarily made up of organizations dedicated to addressing the multiple and many times overlapping health issues confronting underserved communities. Our clients' target populations include people that are not well integrated into the health, housing and human service care system because of ethnic, cultural, economic, geographic, or health characteristics. Clients include: public and nonprofit providers of health, housing & human services; foundations; and, other organizations working toward community health solutions.
BCS consulting engagements support our client organizations to conceptualize, improve or expand upon effective programs. Consulting engagements involve a full range of services, including: assessing needs, planning programs, procuring funding, obtaining regulatory approvals, developing facilities and increasing organizational capacity.
