We have expertise in hiring, performance reviews, coaching, staff training and development, and motivational mini-games. We can be contracted on a retainer basis to provide coaching, employee relations counseling, or assist with organizational integration.
- Governance
Develop structures and approaches that allow organizations to meet their unique board and governance needs. We provide organizational assessments and board development and training.
- Program Evaluation/Client Feedback
Create outcome measurement systems to help organizations determine whether their activities or grants are making a difference in the lives of the people they are serving. Our approach is tailored to our clients' needs and may include interviews, focus groups, electronic surveys, and/or statistical analysis of management data.
