Circle of Humanity provides consulting, training, facilitation, strategic planning, and conflict resolution services to nonprofit organizations, individuals and philanthropists.
We bring a spiritual and mindful approach to philanthropy and fund raising.
Through our Mediation-Resources we bring practical problem solving rooted in the foundations of principled negotiation and conflict resolution (as developed by Harvard Professor Emeritus and author Roger Fisher (Getting to Yes)), mediation, facilitation, and prevention. Nonprofits are engaged in more and more collaborative efforts and within these efforts sometimes conflicts arise - rather than litigating them - we offer solutions to prevent them and address them using non-adversarial methods.
We bring skilled training to nonprofits to enhance their fund raising/development efforts, board development, donor relationships, and staff skills. Trainings may be in the form of keynote lectures, half day, full day, multi day and ongoing relationships.
Our strategic planning process is designed to be effective and efficient. Our successful SP6 is designed to assess, develop and produce a strategic plan for new, emerging or existing nonprofits in the shortest amount of time possible. Ask us...
We work with nonprofits in transition. Executive or board transition, mission transition, merger or changes in vision all impact on the climate and future of the nonprofit - we work to bring insight and success in the face of change.
We work to encourage nonprofits and NGOs to take a "green" approach to fund raising - by minimizing the "noise" and "polluting" aspects of certain types of campaigns and recognizing that, along with raising funds comes a responsibility to enhance the climate for giving and not impact it adversely.
