Four Webinar Sessions Each Tuesday in May (Noon – 1:00pm PST)

Facilitation & Process, LLC announces its first low cost Webinar designed for nonprofit Leaders. This four session Webinar series will cover advanced fundamentals of strategic planning for nonprofit organizations. The four sessions will offer practical information, resources & tools as well as illustrating the content through case studies and interactive dialogues. The series is designed for senior managers and board members of nonprofit organizations with a working knowledge of strategic planning principles. Each participant will receive a 90 minute consultation by phone, videoconference, or in person (if feasible). Session Topics Include

  • May 7 – Session 1: Finding Anchors in a Rapidly Changing Environment
  • May 14 – Session 2: Building an Impact Model is Not Just About Logic
  • May 21 – Session 3: Creating a Nonprofit Revenue and Capital Model
  • May 28 - Session 4: Performance. Where the Rubber Meets the Road
