The Executive Certificate in NGO Management is a comprehensive capacity development programme conducted by the NGO Management School Switzerland in cooperation with the Business School Netherlands, Nigeria.
Objective
The programme is designed to equip non-profit leaders and managers (directors, heads of departments, team leaders and programme managers of NGOs and other non-profit organisations) with a wide range of practical knowledge, field and HQ-based management skills and insights. It is for practitioners includes good practice from many international and national contexts in development cooperation and humanitarian action.
The curriculum enables participants to analyse complex situations in the field and to find innovative solutions. It focuses on the strategic development of organisations and their sustainability, as well as on developing core management competence and leadership skills.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants obtain the Executive Certificate in NGO Management.
Cooperation with Dutch No. 1 provider of management trainings
The Executive Certificate in NGO Management is organised in close cooperation with the Business School Netherlands (BSN), voted as the No. 1 provider of management programmes in the Netherlands. BSN has an outstanding programme of Action Learning for current and future managers in 16 countries. It started its activities in Nigeria in 2003 to facilitate African managers in developing their management skills, knowledge, research capabilities and ability to take action with regards to the problems, prospects and challenges facing their organisations. The Lagos-based school has an MBA programme, Master classes and Management Competence Development Programmes in Lagos, Abuja and Ota.

Reductions: Course fee 9 modules paid in advance: 10% reduction; 1/2 fee paid in advance: 5% reduction; quarterly payment: 2.5% reduction.
The number of participants per class is limited to 20.
Above fees are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include tuition incl. workshops, lunch and coffee breaks, final exam, training materials and handouts, and the course certificate.
