About Us

The SBA serves as the voice of small business, entrepreneurs, and innovation within the U.S. federal government.  Through a wide variety of programs, we provide support to all types of small firms, from start-ups to established companies.  We also provide counseling and training to budding potential entrepreneurs thinking of starting their own business.  Our job is to ensure that the small business sector has the resources it needs to catalzye job creation and innovation in the broader American economy.
