District of Columbia Parks & Recreation (DPR) is DC's public provider of recreational programs and spaces. We offer a wide range of classes, activities and events that promote wellness, personal growth and environmental stewardship.

The vision for the Department of Parks and Recreation is to be the national leader in urban recreation and parks administration and to be District residents' primary source for leisure activity.
