Zambia Agency for Persons with Disability is a Government agency created ,ZAPDis a statutory organization established to serve persons with disabilities. It was established by an Act of Parliament No. 33 of 1996 CAP 65 of the Laws of Zambia. The Agency was established to plan, promote and administer services to all categories of persons with disabilities. The Act also provides for the elimination of all forms of discrimination on the ground of disability
