Who We Are: Students love us, parents respect us, and the community admires us. Partnered with the Institute for Student Achievement and New York City’s iZone 360, we provide an excellent personalized and technology-infused program. Beyond our College-readiness coursework, students of Bronx Compass run their own entertainment company, “Dragon Entertainment.” Whether you are aninterested in music or film production, media art, video gamedesign or engineering, you will enjoy working with your classmates (as a singer/ director/ DJ/ photographer/or illustrator) creating and publishing a movie, an album, and a magazine. Science and Technology minded students will also enjoy working independetly and in teams to design and publish online and/or app video games as well as design and produce electronic appliances and toys. Join our family and you will leave our school not only with the skills you need for college, but with a clear sense of who you are, what you love, and where you want to be in the near and distant future.

Program Highlights: 1-1 Student to lap top ratio; Technology-infused coursework, Personalized Pathway to Graduation for each student built upon their strengths, needs, and interests; Filmmaking Studio; Recording Studio; Compass Award Ceremony; On-site workshops led by professionals in the entertainment industry; Off-Site Internships; College Now in 11th & 12th grade; Camping Trip in 10th grade; hands-on STEM labs; Individual College and Career Counseling and exploration

Advanced Placement: AP English, AP Biology, AP Art History, Calculus, AP US History (AP courses offered will be online)

Extracurricular Activities: Tech Squad, Video Game club, Fit Challenge, Campus Garden Stewards, and Open Art Studios: film, music, and fine art space available. More clubs will be offered as the school grows with each grade.
