The Center for Bridging Communities, a nonprofit organization that works with East African Youth in the City Heights area of San Diego is looking for interns to assist with a new initiative called Building Healthy Communities collaborative. We are seeking three interns to assist in planning workshops, and community events. Applicants must have experience in working with nonprofit organizations and have in depth knowledge about the East African refugee community in San Diego. This is a rewarding position which gives interns great experience working with community members, and health care stakeholders on a variety of projects.
