Internship description

PRAGDA is seeking a Web and Social Media intern and research in Latin American Cinema and Studies, for the Summer/Fall 2013 in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity for anybody interested in learning the many aspects of the film industry. We are looking for committed candidates available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week. This internship is unpaid.

Duties include:

- Daily website content updates in Word Press
- Monthly newsletter creation and update

- Daily Facebook and Twitter updates, including the creation of events, newacquisitions

- Increase Facebook page "likes" by outreaching to interested groups
- Increase number of Twitter followers, including the communities mentioned above, and engaging Pragda's Twitter community in conversation
-Update and outreach to grow Pragda presence and followers on LinkedIn, YouTube, Wikipedia
- Manage all photo archives for social media sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with web and all social media outlets, including design
- Interest in social media trends
- Strong English writingskills

- Design ability in Photoshop

- Knowledge and/or interest in Latin American and Spanish filmmaking is much appreciated
