About Us
Air Traffic Control (ATC) provides strategy and support to cultural leaders so they can play an effective and vital role in the promotion of social justice. ATC has become artists' air traffic control—one that develops capacity, efficiency, and coordination to produce stronger and more creative change partnerships.
Our office is collaborative and dynamic, and we are looking for one to two interns who are passionate about social justice and eager to learn more about the non-profit sector to join our team.
About You
You are interested in the intersection of activism, philanthropy, and culture. You have experience in interactive publishing, journalism, videography, photography or another multimedia field. You are social media + YouTube savvy and aren't afraid to bring ideas to the table about how small organizations can best utilize social media while incorporating multimedia assets. You are a storyteller with creativity, critical thinking skills, and a strong writing background.

Logistics:
For the summer, we are offering a 10-12 week internship but have flexibility regarding start and end dates as well as hours.
Note: This internship is available to all, regardless of your financial situation. While this internship is unpaid, ATC will help excellent candidates explore options and otherwise support ways to lessen the financial burden of interning with us.
