"Sharing dreams-Peru", nonprofit organization based in Peru, is in need of students and professionals from all areas for Internships program for projects with children and the community

Goals (s) of the internship:
Giving to the intern the possibility to know the fieldwork in a practical and straightforward way, with the social groups which the organization develops support tasks and socio - economic development.
Providing the opportunity to develop professional practices in the area of ​​academic specialty.
Assisting the development of the neediest communities, conducting activities and projects with these communities.
The intern will use the professional training to raise a plan and to execute projects in cooperation, in association with the organization.
To participate actively as a member of the organization, helping to improve the management of the organization (including in the administrative area and to develop some planning improvements).
Combining practical experience and work to improve the experience of cultural exchange and the immersion in Peruvian culture.

Description of tasks and responsibilities to be performed by trainees:

Work together with the members of the organization in the purpose of carrying out actions and projects in direct contact with vulnerable social groups (particularly with children and parents).
Searching and diagnose the needs and social problems.
Study how to prevent the emergence of social problems/risks in the targeted population.
To develop programs of prevention and social assistance.
Supervising the administrative sector; understand the importance of encouragement, guidance and direction (involving the development of individual, group and communities potential to improve their quality of life).
Assessing, investigating in order to obtain reliable data for a program or social resource.
