Description

The intern will be reporting to the Product manager and CEO directly to understand business problems and opportunities. Due to the size of the team the intern is vital to maintaining, recording, and understanding the recorded metrics for the site. Using the understanding of what the numbers have to say, the team can then move forward in a strategic fashion to expand. In the position there exists room to learn about the steps necessary to record, analyze, and present numerical data.

Responsibilities:

- Translate business questions and problems into structured analyses - Identify actionable insights and recommendations - Create, develop, and present summarized data in a way so that team members, advisors, and anyone else may understand - Track and analyze sources of traffic and conversion for GreatNonprofits as well as identify results of marketing and partnership efforts

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Needs to be detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills - Able to work well under deadlines in a constantly changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently - Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment using proper judgement in decision making - Excellent communication skills - oral, written and presentation Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel) - Strong statistics, math or economics background and understanding
